What is the correct way to organize the documents for submission to VFS?

Make one copy of your VFS appointment.

Make three copies of all your documents (A4 size).

To keep it organized, one copy should be a colored copy, while the other two can be black and white.

Print all the passport pages from the first to the last. Two passport pages should be printed on one A4 page.

When printing the certificate, print it as it is. The upper details of the certificate should appear on the front side of the copied page, and the back side of the certificate should appear on the back side of the same page.

As I mentioned earlier, when attesting the certificate, they will place the Belgium stamp on the backside. Therefore, one copied certificate page must contain details on both sides. Please don't fold anything.

The size of the photo should be 35x45mm. Take 3-5 pieces with you. VFS will ask for your picture and attach it to your file.
