Where do I have to submit my documents?

You have to submit your document in VFS.

How Can I do that?

Every country has its own authorized VFS center where individuals can submit their applications for their desired country.

If your country has a VFS center but does not allow submissions for certain countries, you must travel to another country to apply for a visa for a first-world country.

For instance, if you are a citizen of Bangladesh, you cannot submit your application to the VFS center for a Belgian visa. Instead, you need to obtain an Indian visa and travel to Delhi to submit your application.

You can book an appointment through the VFS website.

If you are a citizen of Bangladesh, Nepal, or Vietnam, you can submit your application only on Wednesdays.

After submitting your file, it will be transferred to the Belgian Embassy within one day.

On Friday morning at 9 o'clock, you must visit the embassy for an interview.
